  • Divided network participants into three types (user, advanced user, developer) and started working on content
  • Laid out a structure and tasks for the onboarding bot codenamed START
  • Ran an article contest to find moderators and managers for local communities (China, India, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey)

Ideology

  • Implemented Minter Info (MINFO), a unified system for declaring projects
  • Developed a regular user onboarding scheme codenamed HELLO
  • As the team grows, we have come up with five key departments (core, solutions, community, legal, marketing & sales) and appointed their leaders

Summary: 30 people took part in more than 50 major tasks — and have already completed many of them. We continue to gain steam.
